DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
If an account is not paid by the due date, the account becomes delinquent and is subject to disconnect. A Disconnect Notice will be mailed out stating the amount due and a date by which payment must be received. If it becomes necessary for SDCEA to visit the site either to disconnect the service or collect payment, a $25.00 collection charge will be charged to the account.
