BILLING INFORMATION
Sangre De Cristo Electric Association has two billing cycles that are billed each month. Cycle 1 covers the majority of SDCEA members and is billed on the 1st of the month. Cycle 2, comprising the areas served by the Twin Lakes, Mears Junction and 12 Mile Park/Tallahassee substations, is billed the 15th of each month. The due date is printed on each bill, typically 20 days after the bill was mailed. Your bills will include taxes and may include municipal charges if applicable, security light charges or other costs. Our customer service representatives will be happy to answer any questions you have concerning charges on your bill.
Payments can be dropped off at the counter inside or in the drop-box located in the parking lot at the Buena Vista office, or mailed to our post office box. We do accept credit cards at the Buena Vista office. We can also set accounts up on ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments and have the bills automatically paid through your bank account or charged to a credit or debit card.
