Rate restructure delayed

At their monthly meeting on October 27, 2021 the SDCEA Board of Directors approved a revenue-neutral rate restructuring with a Feb. 1, 2022 implementation date. At their monthly meeting on January 26, 2022, the board voted to delay implementation until April 1, 2022.
