SDCEA contractors conducting drone work
PrintSDCEA will be conducting routine drone inspections of our power lines in the southern Lake County area, working towards Granite. Map of work area featured.
Inspections will be conducted on primary and secondary lines. There are two crews operating in different areas.
Vehicles and crew members will be identifiable as SDCEA contractors, have vehicle flashers, and personal protective gear.
Drone inspections allow SDCEA to monitor equipment and fix potential hazards to mitigate wildfire risk and reduce outages.
