SDCEA mails annual election ballots (if an election is deemed necessary) in May of each year. Any one of the authorized individuals listed here to vote on behalf of the member organization may cast the ballot. The authorized individual who casts the ballot must sign the return ballot envelope.

This form must be received or submitted at SDCEA’s Buena Vista office by April 12, 2023 to vote in the 2023 election. If received after that date, we will add this information in our records for future use.
