      REBATES MUST BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Lower of $8 lamp/fixture or 50% of the lamp/fixture cost.

      A credit for the rebate amount will appear on your bill if your rebate request is accepted within 60-90 days. Member-owner account cap of 50 lamps per year.
