Line Replacement Work Begins May 27

Beginning May 27, SDCEA’s contractor, Main Electric (logo on truck below), will begin a line rebuild project in the Cherry Creek area outside of Howard.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improve service reliability for our members.
Once completed, this new line section will:
- Reduce susceptibility to storm-related outages in the Cherry Creek area.
- Make line repairs more accessible and efficient when needed
A similar upgrade was successfully completed in 2022 in the West Creek area, resulting in improved service for members in that area.
