September 30 meeting appointing new board member to be brief, in-person only
PrintSangre de Cristo Electric Association’s board of directors will hold a brief public meeting to vote on and appoint a new board member representing Fremont County 8:45 a.m. Sept. 30., at Mt Princeton Hot Springs Resort. The meeting will then adjourn for a full-day educational workshop exclusively for the board and staff members following the appointment.
A press release announcing the appointment will be posted on SDCEA’s website, myelectric.coop, shortly after the vote.
The meeting is open to SDCEA members. However, due to technical limitations, online attendance will not be available. Registration is required for in-person attendance and must be completed no later than 12 p.m. on September 27. The educational workshop will be closed to the public. No cooperative board actions will be taken during or after the workshop. The next regular, public meeting of the board is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. October 31, at the SteamPlant in Salida. SDCEA is committed to ensuring future board meeting sites during our temporary office relocation will have adequate broadcast capabilities.
