Trout Creek Solar Wire-Cutting Ceremony

The Trout Creek Solar plant was celebrated in a wire-cutting (ribbon-cutting) ceremony July 12. SDCEA and its partners in the project gathered to commemorate the process of consideration, negotiation and construction of the plant, which began official operation earlier this year.
