Community Room

- Returning Users: If you’ve booked the room before, please log in using the box next to the Community Room Use title on the lower left.
- New Users: If this is your first time booking, please register your account below.
Key Pickup:
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll need to pick up a key for access. Key checkout is available only during regular business hours:
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CLOSED FRIDAYS, key pick up not available on Fridays.
- Location: SDCEA Business Office, 29780 N. U.S. 24, Buena Vista.
Please note: The office is closed on Friday–Sunday and on holidays. Staff are unavailable outside of regular hours to issue keys or assist with room access.

By booking the community room, you agree to the terms outlined below and the Community Room Use Agreement.
Important Policies:
- Private events (e.g., birthday parties, bridal showers) are not permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on SDCEA grounds.
- Technical support is not available for the community room.
