Shine Your Light Program

A donation to SDCEA’s Shine Your Light program will help bring relief to those in need, who are struggling to pay or fallen behind on their Sangre de Cristo Electric Association bill. This fund is used when community members face emergencies, accidents, medical issues, financial or other hardships.

Your contribution can make a difference! Donors have the option to contribute to a tax-deductible general fund or specify which account their payment should go to. Please note that specified or earmarked donations are not tax deductible. Remember, this program is solely for helping others – it cannot be used to pay your own bill.

If you’d like to donate to the Shine Your Light Program, please make checks payable to SDCEA-Operation RoundUP, with Shine Your Light in the subject Line. If you are donating to a specific person’s account, please send a note indicating your wishes.
